Chapter 852　The Germa's Failed Plan

Reiju is sleeping in an infirmary
She recovers quickly so she will be able to join the tea party the next day, apparently
Sanji comes in and restrains the guard
Reiju wakes up, but her memory's fuzzy and she feels confused
Sanji explains her what really happened

Prisoner Library
Luffy & co. manage to escape by burning the book
As soon as they're out of the cage, Luffy can't move because of his empty stomach
Even so, he runs upstairs to help Sanji

Infirmary
Reiju believes Sanji's words
Reiju had been investigating Pudding herself, as she thought she seemed too much of a good person
Sanji's pretty desperate, and Reiju tells him that "I think the Germa should crumble like this"
Reiju proposes to act as if they knew nothing.
Sanji's against it, and Reiju starts talking about the circumstances around Sanji's birth.

Reiju could not forget a certain memory
When their Father had said he would turn the soon to be born children in emotionless machines, the mother was fiercely against it

The surgery was done against her will, but the mother drank a powerful medicine that would influence their bloodline's genes, in order to stop the father's wild ambition.

There was no effect on the 3 older children, but Sanji alone was able to grow up as human.

Because of that medicine, the mother kept getting weaker and weaker, but she had no regrets
Father blamed Sanji for the whole thing, and started treating him badly

Reiju: "There's no way you are a failure"

Reiju tells Sanji to abandon the Germa and escape.

Reiju: "Get a hold of yourself, Sanji!! Think hard about what's important for you!!
Reiju: "You won't be able to see that great bunch of people anymore!!!"

ريجو نائمة في غرفة التمريض، لكنها تتعافى سريعاََ و ستكون قادرة على الإلتحاق بحفل الزفاف غداََ
سانجي يدخل عليها الغرفة و يقيد الحارس، ريجو تستيقظ لكن ذاكرتها مضطربة و تشعر بالإرتباك.
سانجي يفسر لريجو كل ما حدث.
سجن المكتبة:
لوفي و جماعته يتمكنون من الهرب عبر حرق الكتاب و بمجرد خروجهم من القفص لوفي يفقد
القدرة على الحراك بسبب الجوع لكنه يواصل صعود السلالم من أجل مساعدة سانجي.
العيادة:
ريجو تصدق كلام سانجي.
و تقول بأنها كانت تتحرى أمر بودينج بنفسها لأنها ظنت بانها شخص جيد بطريقة مبالغ فيها.
سانجي بائس للغاية، و ريغو تقول بأن على الجيرما أن تنتهي.
ريجو تطلب منه التصرف كما لو انه لم يعرف شئ، سانجي يرفض لكن ريجو تبدأ في الحديث حول ظروف ولادة سانجي.
ريجو لا تستطيع نسيان ذكرى معينة، عندما قال والدها بأنه قريباََ سيقوم بتحويل الأبناء المقبلين على الولادة إلى آلات بلا مشاعر،الأم كانت ضد ذلك بشدة!!
تم إجراء الجراحة رغماََ عن الأم، لكن الأم تانولت عفار طبي قوي المفعول ليؤثر على الجينات الوراثية للأطفال من أجل إيقاف طموح والدهم المجنون.
لم يكن هنالك تأثير من العقار على ثلاثة من الأطفال لكن سانجي هو الوحيد الذي تمكن من العيش كبشري طبيعي.
بسبب ذلك العقار أصبحت الأم في ضعف مستمر و حالتها تسوء أكثر فاكثر لكنها لم تندم للحظة على ما فعلته.
الأب بدأ بلوم سانجي على كل هذا و بدأ بمعاملته بسوء.
ريجو: من المستحيل أن تكون فشلاََ يا سانجي!!
ريجو: الطفل الذي وُلد و لديه مشاعر و حمته أمه و ضحت بحياتها من أجله، لقد كان هذا الطفل أنت يا سانجي!!
ريجو: لذلك أنك أكثر عطفاََ و لطفاََ من أي شخص آخر!!
ريجو تخبره بأن يترك الجيرما و يهرب.
ريجو: البيغ مام ليست مهتمة بحياة منقذك على ما أعتقد.
ريجو: أبي و أخوتي الذين يهددون بعمال المطعم البحري كرهائن سيتم قتلهم جميعاََ بالغد!!!
ريجو: هذا فقط عقابنا ، نحن مجرد عصابة من القتلة.
سانجي: أنا أيضاََ لا أكنُ لهم سوى الضغينة، لكن لم يجب عليكم أن تموتوا....؟!
ريجو: أنا ما زلت أمتلك مشاعر بداخلي...انا شريكة تم بنائي بهدف عدم عصياني لأوامر والدي أبداََ.
ريجو: يداي ملطخة...أنا أستحق الموت.
ريجو: بالمناسبة، هذا السوار حول معصميك لن ينفجر، لقد قمت بتبديله بآخر مسبقاََ.
ريجو: هل لديك أي سبب آخر يمنعك من ترك الجزيرة؟!
ريجو: تمالك نفسك يا سانجي!! فكر بما هو مهم بالنسبة لك!!!
ريجو: لن تكون قادراََ على رؤية أؤلئك الأشخاص الرائعين مجدداََ!!!
